Calibration of the balancing systems
In our authorized service center we reliably calibrate your system with trained employees and special devices so that you can avoid expensive incorrect measurements.

Training and courses
It is very important to us to explain the device to you in detail so that you can use it to its full extent. Your new employees also benefit from refresher courses.

Commissioning of new systems
So you and Telemeter Electronic can be sure that all parts are fully functional and have arrived for your needs and which changes may be necessary.

Demonstrations
We would be happy to visit you with our demonstration systems and show you the many advantages of Honeywell devices.

Support through loan systems or parts
You can also borrow our demo devices or parts of them temporarily if your device is on our way for repair or calibration.

Assemble the kits for your fleet
So that you don't order the wrong, too little or too many parts for vibration measurement on your aircraft, we will advise you in close contact with you and the manufacturer and recommend a suitable kit especially for you.

Repairs
Trained Telemeter Electronic employees will quickly restore your system even in the event of a fault.

Repurchase option for old devices
If you are still using the old Chadwick Helmuth devices, please do not hesitate to talk to us about a buyback and exchange with a current device. Since the old devices like da 8500C + are no longer supported and there are no software or spare parts, we put together a suitable and up-to-date kit. To your advantage, you can continue to use many sensors and cables with the new systems.

On-site visits
Make an appointment with us for a product demonstration on your aircraft or with our simulator so that you can be sure that you are buying the right device before ordering.

Develop new solutions
As there are always new solutions on the helicopters, we are constantly developing our software systems (e.g. Fenestron, 5-blade rotor) and bracket mounts for the sensors

Provision of spare parts
Benefit from our warehouse in which the most common spare parts are stored and quickly available for you.

Modification for your application
To optimize the use of the system at your workplace, the kit will be specially adapted to your fleet.
